In order to apply to join the Virginia Babe Ruth Umpires Association (VBRUA), you must be certified in good standing with the Babe Ruth National Umpires Association (NUA).

Only umpires certified by the VBRUA will be chosen to work Virginia Babe Ruth and nationally sanctioned Alliance and Tournament Trail tournaments.

By submitting this application for approval, you agree to provide umpiring services at the amount of compensation authorized by the State for each tournament game worked.
